*        Strongback and foam strips

*        Applying drywall compound and prepping the mold

*        Sanding and prepping the mold

*        Placing and “wetting out” the Kevlar, wetting out the S-glass

*        Removing the canoe from the mold, sealing the bow and stern

*        1st and 2nd finish coat

*        Installing and finishing the gunwales

*        Installing the floatation

*        Installing the ribs

*        Installing the yoke, bow & stern thwarts
