Beer Can Chicken
1/8 cup coarse salt
1/8 cup dark brown sugar
1/8 cup sweet paprika
1 Tbs black pepper
Rinse chicken (inside and out), pat dry and rub with olive oil. Sprinkle rub mixture (above) over chicken, including inside and rub in well.
Insert a half-full can of beer (Genuine Draft, in this case) into the body cavity and prop up the chicken as shown
Grill until internal temperature is 180 deg F.
Serve with favorite vegetable (corn in the husk, on the grill is great!) and potatoes.
