Raisin Bread   

Bread machine

2-  cup bread flour

1-  tsp yeast

1 tsp salt

1 Tbs powdered milk (I use powdered buttermilk)

1 Tbs butter

1 Tbs sugar

1 cup water (about 80-90 deg F)

cup raisins

 

Follow your bread machine instructions for manual mode (mine says yeast first, then all dry ingredients, then water).  Add raisins per bread machine instructions (mine is 25 minutes into the kneading mode).  Remove from machine at end of manual mode (50 minutes for mine).

Place dough on a lightly floured surface and spread out to about 6" by 12".  Sprinkle cinnamon over entire length, then roll up and place in a bread pan.  Let rise in warm place until double (45 minutes), then place in 325 deg F oven for 30 minutes until  lightly browned.  Remove from pan and lightly brush the top with butter.
