Smoked Salmon Fettucini  

From the package insert with the smoked salmon (thanks, Sunny!).

1 T butter

1 T flour

1/2 cup milk

1 T sour cream

1 T parsley

1-1/2 T Scotch or Bourbon

1/4 lb smoked salmon

Pasta as desired (serves two)


Melt butter - whisk in flour.  Gradually add milk and sour cream.  Season with salt and pepper (not much salt).  Stir until thick.  Add Scotch, salmon and parsley.  I also added some fresh chives.
